Team Effectiveness

BIAC Team Effectiveness Process is designed to help team leaders identify the teams current behaviours and attitudes as well as adjustment steps to improve team effectiveness.

The process consists of:

  • Each individual team member participates in BIAC profiling, scoring, measuring and feedback of the individuals own personal results.
  • Suggested adjustment and behavioural improvement steps are agreed.
  • An analysis is made of each team members current role effectiveness and participation within the team.
  • The Team Assessment Score is also calculated, from the individual results, on current behavioural style and approach.
  • The Team Assessment Score feedback is given to a preselected person within the organization. This feedback will consist of required directional changes and adjustment steps for the relevant team(s).

Professional support and guidance is available from BIAC experts to enable team leader(s) bring about required changes and improvements to the team.
