Role Selection

The BIAC Role Selection process provides a new focus on attitudinal and behavioural insights which ensures individuals are accurately selected for specific roles and once selected utilise their talents and resources in the most constructive manner.

Once a candidate has been selected the BIAC Adjustment Process can be very valuable as a tool in helping the appointed candidate succeed and grow in his/her new role.

The process consists of:

  • Each candidate completes the BIAC questionnaire scoring process.
  • A likely behavioural assessment of each candidates score is the forwarded by BIAC to the nominated interviewing person.
  • A guide to selected job role behaviour suitability is also available to enable most suitable selection to take place.

The BIAC Behavioural Adjustment Process is then available to help form an effective plan to ensure the newly appointed candidate succeeds in his/her new role.
