Personal Development

BIAC enables accurate measurement of current beliefs and demonstrates how these beliefs dictate behaviour that can have beneficial or negative impact on every decision and action taken. The process also provides a practical directional change plan to enable participants become more effective in their response to role and life’s challenges.

In addition, BIAC allows recognition of others behavioural approaches and demonstrates how to interact most successfully with colleagues, customers, patients and/or pupils.

The process consists of:

  • Each participant completes the BIAC questionnaire scoring process.
  • A likely behavioural assessment score is the forwarded by BIAC to the participant

The BIAC Behavioural Adjustment Process is then available to form an effective plan to ensure the participant succeeds in improving their effectiveness.
