BIAC Profiles is an accurate self-reporting questionnaire – not a scientific measuring tool. It connects thinking styles with behaviour and reveals how these styles can impact on a person’s or teams’ overall effectiveness and their ability to interact successfully with customers or colleagues.

The process is a culmination of specific study, relevant research, practical commercial application and is validated by a senior Clinical Psychologist.
